Dr. Ogbu Kalu honored for book, Global Pentacostalism: An Introduction |

Professor Ogbu Kalu was honored for his book Global Pentacostalism: An Introduction (Oxford University Press) at the 26th Annual meeting for the Association of Third World Studies. In the association’s meeting at the end of October Dr. Kalu was presented with the Mwalimu (Professor) Toyin Falola Award for the best book on Africa published 2007-2008. He received the award along with Mwalimu Collins O. Airhihenbuwa for Healing Our Differences: The Crisis of Global Health and the Politics of Identity (Rowman & Littlefield Publishers, Inc).
