Executive Leadership Certificate program begins in September

The Mission of McCormick Theological Seminary is “to nurture the gifts of women and men for faithful Christian ministry and leadership through rigorous academic study, practical experience, and spiritual formation”. 

The Certificate in Executive Leadership program focuses on equipping clergy and lay leaders of Christian institutions, both congregations and the broader church or non-profit systems, with the skills and abilities necessary to lead effective ministries in today’s rapidly changing landscape.  It draws on McCormick’s recognized excellence in providing theological education, and on McCormick’s thirty-five years of experience in organizational development and leadership education.

Daniel Little honored as 2009 Distinguished Alumnus
DLttle_honor.jpgFather’s Day proved to be an extra-festive occasion for alumnus Dan Little (Class of 1954) on Sunday, June 21st when, surrounded by family and friends, he was presented with McCormick Theological Seminary’s Distinguished Alumnus/a Award at the Maple Bluff Country Club in Madison, Wisconsin.

Alumna Anna Kendig chosen as Robert W. Bohl Racial Ethnic Seminary Intern
akendig_commencement.jpgRecent graduate Anna Kendig has been chosen as the Robert W. Bohl Racial Ethnic Seminary Intern.  She will be working with the Presbyterian Publishing Corporation in the marketing and editorial department this summer.  Anna was selected from a large pool of qualified applicants and hopes to learn much working in the world of religious publishing.
