The Database Assistant will provide support to the Web & Data Specialist during our data migration from Salsa Labs CRM to Every Action CRM. This position is a 2 ½ month temporary position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out data cleansing and de-duping
- Segmenting list and building reports
- Integrating data forms with the website
- Researching supporter information
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with data
- Knowledge and understanding of database design principles
- Strong ability to interpret, analyze and present data
- Previous experience with Salsa Labs or Every Action a plus
Must be able to speak
Work may require walking or standing to a significant degree

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a part-time temporary position. Hours are 9:30 am. - 2:30 p.m. (flexible) weekdays.
