Rev. Dr. Arnold Hoskins is Pastor of Freedom United Methodist Church in Chicago. He previously pastored at Overflow Ministry, the English-speaking, multi-cultural congregation at the Korean United Methodist Church for 7 years. His work there included transitioning 54 culturally mixed families from homelessness to housing and spearheading food and clothing drives for families. Dr. Hoskins is a gifted preacher-teacher and regularly presents seminars on grief for hospital care providers and church leaders.  He is founder of Multi-Ethnic Ministries of America, Inc., a think tank that focuses on producing research publications and hosting seminars advocating for diversity in ministry. Dr. Hoskins is also the Manager of the Spiritual Care Department at Northwestern Medicine-Marianjoy in Wheaton, Illinois, and a Practicum Ministry Supervisor at The Kings University. Dr. Hoskins holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from McCormick Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Management-Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University.  He is also a Certified Chaplain in Palliative Care. His publications include The Art of Listening, Managing Your Grief, and Christian-Faith Intervention Strategies Healthcare Managers Use to Improve Palliative Care Nurse Performance. He has 4 children and is married to Trina Wynn Hoskins.
