Rev. Dr. Christal L. Bell
Rev. Dr. Christal L. Bell – known as Rev. Dr. Christal – is a highly sought-after preacher, public speaker, Christian educator, writer, and chaplain. She is the founder of Uplifted LLC, a consulting practice that specializes in best Christian Education practices emphasizing holistic spiritual care. Dr. Bell currently serves as the Director of Christian Education for the Fourth Episcopal District (Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Canada, India) of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. She is also a Staff Pediatric Chaplain at Advocate Children’s Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in radio/tv from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, a Master of Divinity specializing in Youth Ministry from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Payne Theological Seminary. Some of her awards/accolades include the Key to the City of Edwardsville, Illinois, and certifications in Youth Mental Health First Aid, Leadership Coaching, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
