SUMMARY OF THE POSITION : SENIOR PASTOR PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF SAINT ALBANS
Duties, Include, but not limited to:
● Preaching the Word with fresh contemporary and relevant sermons that are spiritually fulfilling
● Overseeing the Session and the various ministries of the Church, ensuring that they effectively serve the congregants and community
● Overseeing the administration of the Church including finances
● Supervising administrative staff and laity
● Youth development
● Establishing connections with congregants of all generations, including seniors, youth and Millennials
● Community outreach
● Presiding over weddings, baptisms and funerals
● Counseling the distressed and grieving
