The Rev. Phil Tom, who currently serves as associate for Small Church and Community Ministry in the PCUSA’s General Assembly Evangelism and Church Growth ministry area, will leave that post to begin a new call on April 5, 2010.

He has been appointed by the White House and Secretary of Labor Hilda L.
