BRING YOUR GIFTS. HELP SHAPE WHAT’S NEXT.
At McCormick Theological Seminary, we believe the work of theological education reaches far beyond the classroom. It happens through the people who teach, mentor, lead, organize, create, support, welcome, and care for our community every day.
We are a diverse community of scholars, practitioners, students, and professionals brought together by a shared commitment to preparing leaders who can meet the challenges facing the church and society with courage, imagination, integrity, and hope.
When you work at McCormick, you become part of that mission. Ready to bring your experience, ideas, and gifts to McCormick?

AT McCORMICK, YOU WORK WITH PURPOSE.
For generations, McCormick has prepared people to lead in ministry, communities, organizations, and public life. Today, that calling continues in new and evolving ways.
Rooted in the Reformed tradition and shaped by diverse voices and lived experiences, McCormick is a place where rigorous theological education meets the realities of the world around us. Our faculty and staff help create an environment where people can ask difficult questions, deepen their understanding, discover new possibilities, and prepare to make a meaningful difference.
Whether your work happens in a classroom, an office, a community partnership, a student program, or behind the scenes, you contribute to something larger: forming leaders equipped to serve a changing world.
A COMMUNITY BUILT FOR THIS MOMENT
McCormick is intentionally diverse, deeply relational, and committed to creating a community where people bring their experiences, perspectives, cultures, questions, and gifts to the work we share.
We value colleagues who are curious, collaborative, thoughtful, creative, and grounded in their expertise and open to learning from others. Because preparing leaders for a complex world requires a community that reflects its complexity.
HERE, YOU CAN:
MAKE AN IMPACT — Contribute your talents to an institution committed to forming leaders who serve churches, communities, and society.
BRING YOUR WHOLE PERSPECTIVE — Join a community shaped by different traditions, cultures, identities, disciplines, and lived experiences.
KEEP GROWING — Work alongside scholars, practitioners, faith leaders, community partners, and colleagues who believe learning never really stops.
HELP BUILD WHAT’S NEXT — Be part of a seminary willing to imagine new approaches to theological education, ministry, justice, leadership, and community engagement.
